I've had better pho, but it was passable. My wife, on the other hand, had the beef stew with french bread that she really enjoyed. The Thai iced tea with boba was not as sweet as I'm used to it tasted...
I'm a regular here for a reason -- food comes out as soon as you order, and the pho is one of the best in the Bay
I ordered vegetable pho and it was tasteless. They didn’t bother to put any efforts just gave boiled vegetables in broth. Very bad experience.
