Food was good. The view is incredible. Our waitress was pleasant but not extraordinary. My food was flavorful but the mussels were served and they weren’t fully opened and one had a crushed shell

The food was fresh and great. The restaurant has an amazing view. I would definitely visit again if I go to Monterey again.
