Healthy Start Nutrition is a family-owned, mother-and-daughter nutrition shop in northwest Houston serving high-protein meal replacement shakes, clean energy drinks, collagen refreshers and made-to-order protein donuts, bagels, waffles and oatmeal cups. Every shake packs 17 to 24 grams of protein with 21 vitamins and minerals at only 150 to 200 calories, and the energy beverages are 5 to 20 calories with less than a gram of sugar, sweetened with organic stevia and infused with B and C vitamins and aloe for digestion.
